Start off by making pasta dough for orecchiette, the perfect shape for a refreshing, colorful pasta salad. You’ll also learn to craft fluffy potato gnocchi to pair with a hearty Bolognese sauce. Flavorful vegetables roasted to perfection make the perfect side dish for your pasta meal. End with sweet berries and fluffy homemade ricotta for a delectable dessert.
