This interactive cooking class is an awesome way to enhance your kitchen skills and learn about French cuisine. Your expert instructor will teach you to make an impressive meal from start to finish.
Begin with a colorful frisée salad with fresh tomatoes, crisp cucumber and a zingy dressing. You’ll also learn to prepare a whole chicken seasoned with savory herbs for a satisfying entree. Then, cook an assortment of root vegetables and a creamy cauliflower purée to round out your meal. For dessert, you’ll make a delightful tart of apples and cinnamon nestled in a flaky crust.
