Create a Latin feast featuring traditional Sonoran eats and culinary techniques in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Sharia. You'll make four restaurant-worthy dishes made with authentic ingredients of the region and plenty of bold flavors.
To start, learn how to make your own tortilla chips from scratch to serve alongside the perfect homemade salsa and guacamole. Next, get excited to discover the secrets to making perfectly savory, juicy carne asada with tender skirt steak to be served over cilantro rice with a tang of lime. Serve a refreshing arugula salad on the side topped with avocado, tomatoes and a homemade lime vinaigrette. Wrap up this delicious fare with handmade churros fried to golden perfection.
