In this delightful cooking class, you’ll learn to make fresh ravioli like an expert before deep frying it into crispy, cheesy bite-sized treats. Chef Footman will be your culinary guide as you master useful new kitchen skills.
With freshly-made dough, you’ll create ravioli shapes using traditional pasta-making methods. Whip up a delectable filling of ricotta and mozzarella cheeses and create a garlicky basil marinara sauce for dipping. Coat your raviolis in breadcrumbs and pop them in the air fryer. Within minutes, you'll have perfect golden squares without all of the greasy oil that you'd get from a deep-fryer! Dip in marinara sauce, and you've got the perfect snack.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
