Create a comforting, authentic Spanish meal using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques in this hands-on cooking class with Chef James.
Start out with savory tortilla, a classic dish made with potatoes, onions, peppers, eggs and mouthwatering chorizo. Next, put together a hearty dish filled with bold flavors and tons of treasures from both land and sea. This grilled paella will be simmering with chicken, chorizo, ham, mussels and jumbo shrimp. This fun class features two heavenly desserts: crunchy golden churros and sweet apple empenadas.
