Start out by tossing together a robust Mediterranean salad featuring fresh vegetables and tart sumac. Next, learn how to expertly season and cook a tender salmon filet with garlic and tangy lime. Serve some parmesan and rosemary roasted potatoes on the side and learn to make scrumptious Greek honey cookies for dessert.

We really enjoyed our class with Chef Bill! He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was such a good teacher and kept us engaged the entire time. For nearly two decades, Chef Bill has been making a name for himself in the culinary world. He graduated from Columbus State University with honors and went on to work as a chef apprentice at an exclusive retirement facility. He has a wealth of experience in catering and culinary management, and he even won second place in the Taste of New Albany competition. As a traveling chef, he loves to share his passion for cooking with others.
