We really enjoyed our class with Chef Bill! He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was such a good teacher and kept us engaged the entire time. He graduated from Columbus State University with honors and went on to work as a chef apprentice at an exclusive retirement facility. He has a wealth of experience in catering and culinary management, and he even won second place in the Taste of New Albany competition.
