Fuel your love for great food as you recreate these Love Island-inspired dishes in this vegetarian cooking class with Chef Jenn. You'll play matchmaker yourself as you combine various flavors and ingredients for a harmonious, mouthwatering meal.
To start, turn veggies into indulgences with crispy cauliflower wings. Then, roll up your sleeves to make fresh pasta by hand for a rich carbonara sauce featuring plant-based bacon. Wrap up this delightful meal by churning out an espresso-infused iced coffee ice cream for dessert.

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
