High fantasy is the secret ingredient in this entertaining cooking class from Chef Jenn. You'll create a collection of imaginative dishes inspired by the fearsome beasts from the popular House of Dragons series.
The enchantment begins with a tangy dragon fruit salad, a zingy, colorful blend of fresh blueberries, kiwis and pineapples. Create tender artichokes stuffed to the gills with egg and mushrooms for an entrée magical enough to satisfy the mother of dragons. And for dessert, whip up a batch of chocolate dragon eggs, a confection sure to test your culinary wizardry!

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
