Prepare a Lord of the Rings-based brunch feast fit for a hungry Hobbit in this whimsical cooking class from Chef Jenn. She'll share the magic for creating an array of dishes that take inspiration from the beloved film and book series.
You'll create a dazzling spread featuring a first breakfast of blueberry scones and fresh cream, followed by a second breakfast of a Shire-style blend of beans and veggies. Don't forget Elevenses, where you'll prepare a Mordor-inspired omelet, and a luncheon that brings Lembas bread to table.

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
