Get your mocktail party underway with an energizing ginger and basil yuzu spritzer and concoct a melba cooler featuring raspberries and the tart magic of oxymel. You'll also create a kava piña colada loaded up with creamy coconut milk and a soothing hopped toddy with calming honey and hops in the mix.

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
