A savory spread of Basque-style tapas dishes is yours to create in this exciting cooking class from Chef Emiliano. You'll discover a world of flavors with distinct Spanish influence within a character all its own.
Your lesson begins with bocadillos, classic Basque sandwiches featuring sourdough filled with traditional cheeses, and skewers of artichoke hearts and tender shrimp. Prepare a batch of zucchini chips flavored with feta and honey, and for dessert, fry up dollops of sweet dough served with jam and sheep's milk ricotta.
