Cooking Class: Cook Classic New England Seafood Eats

Let the magic of East Coast cooking spirit you away in this in-person cooking class from Chef Denis. He'll share his secrets for preparing a menu filled with quintessential dishes loved along the Atlantic seaboard.

In this lesson, you'll prepare a rich and creamy clam chowder and the ever-popular New England-style lobster rolls slathered with mayonnaise made from scratch. Create fresh coleslaw and zesty roasted red potato salad that beats any deli, hands down. For dessert, assemble a sweet cobbler filled with seasonal fruit and topped with whipped cream.
