Make the most of what the sunny Mediterranean has to offer in this insightful cooking class with Chef Kindra. A Mediterranean-cooking expert, Chef Kindra will teach you how to prepare satisfying dishes using fresh, wholesome ingredients that provide you with as much nutrition as they do flavor!
To start, create a cheesy mixture for baked stuffed mushrooms featuring spinach, tomatoes and a zing of lemon juice. Next, learn how to expertly grill tender pork chops to be served in an elegant white wine sauce featuring a trio of savory mushrooms. Toss together a classic Greek salad to serve on the side and enjoy a light yet indulgent dessert of warm grilled peaches topped with creamy yogurt.
