Start out by crafting, kneading and shaping pasta dough using potato, flour and egg. Then, you'll learn all about flavor pairings as you create a savory, citrus-infused sauce using salty jamón, lemon, parmesan cheese and butter. Chef Josh was more than terrific. Before and during the class he kept us interested while sharing his knowledge. We learned gnocchi making and many other ‘hints’ in cooking. I highly recommend him as a chef teacher. I hope to attend another of his classes. (We tipped him at the class)
