Start with a fresh asparagus salad with tangy lemon and creamy goat cheese tossed in a homemade Dijon dressing. For your entrée, you’ll pan-roast chicken and create a lush white wine cream sauce with earthy mushrooms. You’ll also learn to make Lyonnaise potatoes sprinkled with herby parsley. For dessert, expertly create a chocolate tarte with indulgent raspberry sauce.
