This Italian-themed cooking class will have you whipping up traditional favorites like a pro. Chef Paco will help you craft exquisite dishes using fresh ingredients and expert techniques.
Make a delightful polenta cake with tomato ragu and herby basil. You’ll also learn to transform fresh dough into perfectly cooked linguine noodles topped with decadent vodka sauce. Select from shrimp, Italian sausage or vegan toppings to complete the dish. For dessert, enjoy red wine-poached pears for a unique sweet treat.

Homemade Linguine With Shrimp and Tomato Vodka Sauce
Italian sausage or vegan ingredients may be substituted for the shrimp

It was a lovely experience! I brought my mother and cousin, it was their birthday gifts, and we had a great time! It was a thoughtfully planned out dinner and I couldn't have asked for a better meal and time! Thank you so much!

Chef Paco was awesome. He is a good teacher. He is friendly and humorous. We really enjoyed the setting in his home. It was lovely. We really liked how nicely the table was set and how well the kitchen was set up for our class. We were served a salad and a dessert in addition to the food we learned to cook. Paco is a natural teacher.
