Explore a whole new array of plant-forward Tex-Mex flavors in this exciting hands-on cooking class with Chef Rakhi. With her expert guidance, you'll discover an array of tastes and textures that lie beyond your most familiar favorites.
You'll begin by smashing some baby potatoes with a spicy kick of crema to accompany them. For the main course, make some homemade flour tortillas with tasty black beans and spinach filling. Wrap it up to make a hearty vegetarian enchilada. To finish on a sweet note, cook up a traditional flan for dessert. Vegetarian dining never had such flair!
