Cheese lovers will have a blast learning how to make their very own authentic fresh mozzarella cheese completely from scratch in this fun cooking class with Chef Jennifer. You'll be able to impress family and friends with this unique skill, and you'll get to sample the rich taste of freshly-made mozzarella.
Using whole milk, vinegar and salt, you'll learn the processes of heating and acidifying the milk, curdling the milk to form curds and then stretching the curds to form a mozzarella ball. Enjoy your fresh creation with seasonal fruit, balsamic glaze and more tasty accompaniments.

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
