Learn to make delectable French macarons like a pro in this interactive cooking class. Chef Ashley will teach you the best techniques for crafting your shell and whipping up fillings with the perfect combination of textures and flavors.
Make a versatile hazelnut and almond flour shell as a base for your macarons. Then, create a rich dark chocolate filling highlighted by sweet passionfruit. You'll also create a seasonal fruit curd filling as Chef Ashley guides you along the way. Make classic salted caramel filling unique with miso and black sesame sprinkled in. Then, fill your macarons with your chosen fillings to create an impressive spread of sweet treats.
