You’ll handmake your own blue corn tortillas from distinctive heirloom masa harina. Learn to make a staple tangy green salsa with tomatillos and the perfect level of spice. Get an insightful lesson in flavor pairing as Chef Ashley guides you in making traditional mole sauce with the finest Mexican chocolate and herbs, nuts and chiles. You’ll also prepare vegetables and pickle onions to serve with your perfectly-roasted whole chicken. End your meal with delightful chocolate truffles topped with fruit and nuts.

Chef Ashley's passion for cooking and wanting to unite people through food truly shows in her dishes. She is enjoyable to learn from and has so much to share. She also stands out from other chefs since she has formal training and pastry and chocolates. I highly recommend her if you are in the area.
