Make a melty goat cheese spread to be complemented by a tangy tomato sauce and fresh herbs. You’ll also create a hearty artichoke salad with rich sherry vinegar contrasted with a refreshing bite of mint. Stir up a perfectly-cooked risotto spiced with authentic flavors of saffron and creamy Manchego cheese. For a sweet touch, you’ll learn to make indulgent dulce de leche crêpes for dessert.
