Cooking Class: Cook New Orleans Classics With a Chef

Take a culinary trip down to the Big Easy with this hands-on cooking class taught by Chef Devin. The mouthwatering aromas of classic New Orleans eats will fill your kitchen as you learn to make four delightful dishes.


To start the lesson, make a hearty meat pie with ground beef and sausage flavored by the holy trinity of traditional Cajun ingredients. Next, master making a spicy gumbo simmering with shrimp, andouille sausage and chicken with a side of buttery cornbread drizzled in honey. For dessert, enjoy an indulgent bananas Foster made with rum and banana liqueur topped with vanilla ice cream.
