Everyone knows that Southern brunch is the best brunch, and you'll learn all the best brunch-making secrets in this fun cooking class. Chef Devin will teach you the secrets to making traditional Southern favorites with tasty modern twists.
Start the lesson by making classic shrimp and grits with a spicy Creole cream sauce. You'll also learn an expert's methods for making juicy hot honey chicken wings. Then you'll make buttery, flaky biscuits flavored with cheddar and chives. End the meal with a sweet Big Easy French toast flavored with citrus and cinnamon, and topped with indulgent vanilla ice cream.
