Infuse some of your Asian favorites with the distinctive spice that Louisianna is known for in this engaging cooking class. Chef Devin will guide you as you marry two eccentric flavors into four unforgettable dishes.
To start the class, you'll make from-scratch wontons stuffed with a hearty pork filling expertly flavored with Cajun spices, chili oil and soy sauce. Next, make a comforting jambalaya filled with spicy shrimp, andouille sausage and fluffy fried rice. On the side, you'll enjoy a kale Caesar salad with freshly-shaved parmesan on top. For dessert, indulge in a strawberry shortcake made with flaky biscuits and homemade whipped cream.
