In this Middle Eastern cooking class, you’ll learn to make classic dishes that are plant-based, flavorful and satisfying. Using fresh ingredients, boost your kitchen skills with the help of an expert instructor.
You’ll create a refreshing chickpea salad with homemade dressing and fresh mint. Learn to make a hearty vegan mushroom shawarma with fresh bread and a creamy and zingy tzatziki sauce. For dessert, you’ll craft a flaky phyllo cake infused with sweet orange and spicy anise flavors. This vegan menu of traditional dishes is sure to please any palette!

Chef A'Donna is a decorated private chef with more than a decade of experience in the field and a certificate in culinary coaching from Harvard Medical School. She specializes in elevated vegan comfort food and dairy-free cooking, and boasts years of experience cooking private dinner parties and corporate cooking classes for the likes of Nike and Google, to name a few. Chef A'Donna also enjoys teaching cooking basics and kitchen safety to children.
