This vegan cooking class is a fun and interactive way to explore Italian cuisine and gourmet plant-based eats. Learn to create authentic plant-based dishes that are flavorful and satisfying alongside Chef A'Donna!
First, you’ll make a carmelized onion flatbread with the unique combination of sweet apricot glaze and zesty arugula. Next, roll up your sleeves to make authentic penne pasta by hand. You'll create a creamy goat cheese sauce featuring shallots and zingy lemon to smother your pasta in. For dessert, learn to expertly layer ladyfingers with rich coffee liqueur to make a delightful vegan version of decadent tiramisu.

Chef A'Donna is a decorated private chef with more than a decade of experience in the field and a certificate in culinary coaching from Harvard Medical School. She specializes in elevated vegan comfort food and dairy-free cooking, and boasts years of experience cooking private dinner parties and corporate cooking classes for the likes of Nike and Google, to name a few. Chef A'Donna also enjoys teaching cooking basics and kitchen safety to children.
