You'll feel like you're sitting seaside in this engaging cooking class. Chefs Luis and Sabrina will bring the fresh flavors of coastal Ecuador to this vibrant seafood menu with regional and tropical ingredients.
Start with a classic shrimp ceviche flavored with tangy lime and succulent fresh tomatoes and onions. Next, craft a white fish with a tender, mildly sweet meat flavored with red pepper and garlic and topped with a creamy coconut salsa. Then make fried green plantains that are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. You'll be craving the decadent passion fruit cheesecake you'll have for dessert.
