Cooking Class: French Pastry-Making 101

Imagine yourself in an airy pâtisserie with the mouthwatering aromas of freshly-baked goods while you learn in this engaging cooking class. Chef Sarah will help you master the art and techniques for crafting bakery-worthy French pastries.


To start, you'll learn how to make a perfect pâte à choux dough that creates the base for many authentic French sweets. Next, Chef Sarah will teach you how to make a luxurious Chantilly cream with a subtly sweet flavor thanks to vanilla extract. With your two bases complete, you'll then create decadent éclairs, cream puffs and profiteroles. While they bake, make a rich chocolate ganache to top your sweet French treats.

Chef Sarah is no newbie when it comes to teaching and it certainly shows in her classes! She is so detailed and talented and I could learn from her over and over again. She has competed on multiple Food Network Shows and her experience shines in her work. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a sweet treat cooking class!
