The lesson starts with handmade tart shells and how to get the perfect bakery-inspired flaky, buttery texture. Inside the shells will be a lush pastry cream made with fresh vanilla beans for the perfect hint of sweetness. Make fruity fillings for your pastries with fresh berries, tangy oranges and pineapples, and tart pomegranates. They'll glisten thanks to a heavenly apricot glaze that adds another layer of sweet flavor.

Chef Sarah is no newbie when it comes to teaching and it certainly shows in her classes! She is so detailed and talented and I could learn from her over and over again.
