Explore warm and comforting plant-based flavors in this thoughtful cooking class from Chef Patricia. You'll learn to make vegan versions of your favorite dishes and snacks.
Begin the class with a sweet kale salad with apples, walnut and honey and topped with vegan feta. Next, create two savory dishes that will make your mouth water: vegan meatballs flavored with garlic and onions and creamy, garlicky mashed potatoes. Then you'll make your new favorite afternoon snack: zucchini chips sprinkled with herbs, pepper, and vegan parmesan. For a treat, you can indulge in a decadent and rich chocolate mousse tart.

Chef Pat was AWESOME! She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Chef Pat adjusts her teaching style and techniques to your comfort level and will provide the tools (food and equipment) needed for success. I would recommend her for couples, parties, or special occasions.

Chef Patricia was awesome! She helped us cook a delicious salad, entree, and birthday cake. She came with everything mostly prepared and we helped with the fun parts, and she was very fun to have around. Overall 5-star evening and highly recommended.

Chef Patricia started her culinary career in 2000 as a Walt Disney World College Program intern. She spent ten years honing her culinary and pastry chef skills by working in numerous three star restaurants, patisseries and gluten free bakeries. In 2020, Chef Patricia won an award for best vegan side dish. Currently living in Atlanta, she spends her time cooking and baking while focusing on plant-based gourmet cuisine.
