Cooking Class: Cooking Vegan Caribbean-Fusion Foods

Infuse a bit of the Caribbean into these recipes during this hands-on cooking class. Chef Patricia will teach you how to get a taste of the islands using plant-based ingredients to create a one-of-a-kind meal.


To begin, Chef Patricia will teach you the art of making a spring roll using jackfruit flavored with red cabbage and fiery seasonings. Then learn how to turn zucchini into pasta smothered in a hearty, savory sauce. For dessert, you'll make tantalizing salted caramel shortbread cookies topped off with a luxurious chocolate drizzle .

Chef Pat was AWESOME! She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Chef Pat adjusts her teaching style and techniques to your comfort level and will provide the tools (food and equipment) needed for success. I would recommend her for couples, parties, or special occasions.
