Master the beloved art of pasta-making in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Gabriel. Discover the time-honored techniques used to create gourmet dishes from scratch with simple, wholesome ingredients.
Roll up your sleeves to create, roll and shape fresh pasta dough into a flat, long tagliatelle shape. Then, Chef Gabriel will teach you all you need to know to perfectly cook your pasta and serve it in an herby, restaurant-worthy pesto sauce. These recipes and cooking skills will become useful in your home kitchen for years to come!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Gabriel was excellent. On time, fun personality, worked at our pace, food was delicious and beautifully presented, accommodated a few requests, and left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived! Highly recommend.

Having amassed years of experience working as a chef in numerous kitchens, Chef Gabriel is well-versed in all things culinary. Aside from having played a major role in restaurant kitchens and competing on a Food Network show, Chef Gabriel is a successful business owner and private chef who is skilled at curating menus and tailoring cuisine to special diets or dietary restrictions. Before becoming a chef, he worked as an educator, so his dual experience comes together for enthusiastic, insightful cooking classes that provide guests with incredible experiences!
