Prepare a contemporary version of a Thanksgiving meal that's perfect for your chosen family in this fun cooking class from Chef Chris. All your favorite flavors are on the menu, in dishes that elevate the ingredients into gourmet dishes you'll be more than thankful to eat.


Begin your lesson by preparing prosciutto-wrapped turkey cutlets flavored with sage and topped with melty fontina cheese. Learn to make homemade cranberry sauce that lets you leave the canned stuff in the cupboard. Whip up fried mashed potato balls flavored with chives and garlic and authentic buttermilk biscuits with sweet apple butter to top them. And for dessert, it's a lesson in Grandma's sweet potato pie with maple whipped cream.

We had lots of fun making our pasta and he answered any questions we had! He was easy to follow along with and the pasta a sauce was absolutely amazing! Definitely a great experience!

My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta class with Chef Chris. We learned so much about the chemistry of cooling and how easy it really is to make incredibly tasty food from whole ingredients. Looking forward to making meals for our family in the upcoming holiday season- especially some homemade gelato/“ice cream”!
