Discover an expert's tips and techniques for making pasta from scratch in this fun cooking class with Chef Alain. Learn to make authentic, mouthwatering pasta by hand to be served in a rich and creamy garlic sauce.
You'll start by combining simple ingredients into a pillowy pasta dough before expertly kneading and shaping the noodles. Then, stir up a decadent creamy sauce featuring plenty of fresh garlic and parmesan cheese. Add in your choice of savory mix-in ingredients to enhance your meal however you'd like it and enjoy the fruits of your own labor! You'll easily be able to recreate these recipes at home whenever you want.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer from the venue to enjoy during the class.
