Cooking Class: Master Sushi and Other Japanese Classics

Master the art of sushi-making in a fun hands-on cooking class with Chef Nancy. You'll learn insightful tips and techniques for crafting restaurant-worthy rolls alongside other traditional Japanese eats.


To start, you'll create three authentic variations of sushi using kani, nori seaweed, crunchy Japanese cucumber and a variety of seasonal ingredients. Next, make a classic Japanese potato and carrot salad bursting with nutrients and bold flavors from a homemade burnt sesame dressing. Finish by learning the secrets to creating mouthwatering teriyaki chicken or beef made perfectly tender, sweet and spicy.

This was the most absolute amazing time! Chef Nancy was extremely nice and fun. She taught us very well and everything was delicious. She did a great job personalizing the experience including remembering everyone’s name and making the birthday guest of honor feel special. We will definitely be doing this again with a few more friends!
