Take your favorite dinner dish into your own kitchen and master the art of sushi-rolling in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Malik will teach you everything you need to know to create artful, restaurant-worthy sushi rolls completely from scratch. You'll learn how to create perfectly-textured sushi rice before rolling up two classic rolls: a California roll featuring fresh surimi and avocado plus a vegetable roll stuffed with cream cheese, avocado and crisp cucumber.

Chef Malik made the class so entertaining we all felt so comfortable & relaxed we learn so much and enjoyed the fellowship with each other and our teacher.. Chef Malik knowledgeable, courteous, and he is laidback and had us pumped that we could make a Thai dish from scratch.
