Chef Lana loves teaching and she also is really great at it! I learned tips and tricks to cutting onions that will help me always have even cuts. She is also certified in pastry as well which broadens her skills and abilities. I enjoyed learning from her and will definitely love to take a class again.
Chef Lana graduated from culinary arts school in Colorado and her areas of expertise include fine dining and the art of pastry. Previously a private chef in Texas, Chef Lana recently started cooking and teaching in Arizona, where she focuses on intimate dinner parties and small gatherings. She is well-versed in meal and menu planning, catering weddings and cake decorating.
