Sail away to the Mediterranean in this pescatarian-inspired cooking class. Chef Jordan shares culinary secrets while teaching you to make a variety of authentic recipes inspired by the fresh coastal culinary treasures found in Greece.
Start off with an appetizer of crispy zucchini fritters and a side of homemade tzatziki sauce made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh dill and cucumbers. Next, learn to expertly cook a flaky white fish served alongside tomatoes simmering with oregano and basil. A refreshing orzo salad with olives, feta and herbs will accompany your entrée. Dessert is a wonderfully moist lemon olive oil cake topped with creamy whipped mascarpone and fresh berries.
