Your favorite pies get a plant-forward makeover in an exciting pizza-centered cooking class from Chef Daniel. He'll reveal the secrets for preparing primo homemade pizzas with wholesome plant-based goodness in every bite!
You'll enjoy an amuse-bouche prepared by the chef himself as you create a classic pizza dough entirely from scratch. Then, prepare luxe combinations of vegan ricotta, basil, garlic and pine nuts for a pesto pizza and assemble vegan parmesan and creamy almond milk for a tempting pizza bianca. And of course, there's a vegetable-heavy pizza in the mix, topped with market-fresh asparagus, carrots and Chinese string beans for a grand gourmet touch.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!

Chef Daniel hails from Argentina, a country known for its vibrant blend of cultures. He’s lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years, exploring a rich diversity of cuisines that informs his ingredients and techniques on a daily basis. Chef Daniel aims to teach his students the fundamentals of cooking, in hopes that they will one day grow beyond his recipes to discover a culinary world all their own.
