Learn to recreate some of Northern Italy's most beloved dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Luca. You'l learn culinary tips and techniques from an expert while mastering a tantalizing variety of authentic recipes.
To start, you'll learn to make perfectly golden fried polenta. Then, master the art of making pasta by hand as you prepare fresh tagliatelle to be served in a hearty mushroom and pancetta tomato sauce. Create a five-star entrée of tender pork fillet smothered in an incredible black truffle cream. Wrap up this elegant meal with a delightful dessert of sweet roasted apples and almond cream.

Chef Luca was FABULOUS! Energetic, full of knowledge, great tips, and gave us a night to remember. His food was to die for. Such a great present- cannot think of a better way to spend time with loved ones. Chef Luca brought Italy to our home and we will be sure to have him again for another memorable evening.

Chef Luca was awesome! We had a great time learning some tips and tricks to making pasta that you won’t get in a normal pasta class. Would recommend to anyone looking to go for a date night or with a group of friends!

After honing his craft in Italy and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, he relocated to Atlanta, where he found great success as a personal and private chef. He's also a culinary instructor with a passion for incorporating history lessons into his interactive cooking classes.
