Cooking Class: Make Great Vietnamese Street Food

Make some of the most beloved Vietnamese street food dishes at home by mastering the culinary techniques taught by Chef Denis in this cooking class. Learn valuable lessons from a seasoned culinary expert as you master four mouthwatering dishes and indulge in international cuisine.


First, make perfectly crisp, lightly fried squid in a spicy sauce made from red chilis and top it all off with freshly squeezed lime juice. Next, create curried chicken over a bed of silky glass noodles topped with fresh herbs and a side of tangy pickled carrots with a rich peanut dipping sauce. Finally, you'll create a delicious and unique Southeast Asian dessert: ginger and coconut rice pudding studded with black-eyed peas.
