Bring the fresh indulgence of sushi to your home kitchen in this eye-opening cooking class courtesy of Chef Lawrencia. She'll share her secrets for creating rolls that rival your favorite sushi spot!
First up is a session in preparing pitch-perfect sushi rice for a base that never disappoints. Then, strategically add sliced vegetables, tangy fruit and tender crab to delicate sheets of nori to roll up classic sushi rolls with distinctive gourmet flair, ideal for enjoying on your own or sharing with your crew. You'll leave with some useful culinary know-how and a belly full of fresh sushi!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Seemed like the chef had little to no knowledge on making sushi, there was really no step by step. Just a chaotic mess throughout the class. Chef acted as if we were already supposed to know what we were doing and the microwave rice when making sushi is not the way to go. We had fun with our table regardless of the poor class.
