Cooking Class: Creating Tropical Tacos From Scratch

Add a festive island zing to your usual tacos in this helpful cooking class from Chef Lois. She'll show you some simple tricks for turning up the flavor in your ingredients for a Taco Tuesday that rescues your whole week! 


You'll prepare fresh tortillas by hand using corn flour and create a selection of savory fillings to pile into them. Cook up sizzling chorizo and chicken, sliced seasonal vegetables, fresh guacamole and zesty pineapple salsa to make an unforgettable spread and kick your taco game up a notch.


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

We didn't do anything listed in the class she didn't have amenought supplies for the group size, tiny unworkable non-kitchen space, half an avocado and raw tortillas.
