Master the zesty flavors of New Orleans in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Vivian will teach you traditional Creole cooking techniques and inspire you with fresh flavor pairings and useful culinary tips.
Begin by preparing a Louisiana favorite: gumbo with smoked andouille sausage. If you’re brave, drizzle the dish in hot sauce, just like the locals. Next, create a tender pecan-crusted chicken with a savory Creole sauce and crunchy fried okra. End your meal by baking a warm and comforting sweet bread pudding. These classic Creole dishes will quickly become favorites in your home!

Chef Vivian was so entertaining and inviting. She was knowledgeable of the history of the food and gave tips about cooking the dishes on a regular stove top at home. She made my boyfriend's birthday so wonderful and that was the highlight of his weekend. This is great for date night!!! You will not be disappointed!

Chef Vivian started her class with showing me how to properly cut the ingredients. She was a great teacher and made sure to inform me of the safety precautions when chopping. The dish she showed me was shrimp creole. I cannot wait to create this dish again.
