Master the art of the sweet-savory brunch with this fun cooking class! Chef Tiffany will help you create the perfect fluffy waffles and juicy fried chicken for a chicken and waffles dish that will be the star of any brunch spread.
To start, you'll learn an expert's methods for making perfectly crispy fried chicken. You'll create the batter, coat the chicken and master expert frying methods. Next, discover a foolproof recipe for fluffy golden waffles and top the whole thing off with an incredible maple-spiced whipped cream and melty bourbon butter. Your home-cooked meals will never be the same!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

With 16 years of professional experience in the food industry, Chef Tiffany has developed a noteworthy affinity for the culinary arts. With degrees in culinary arts and hospitality, she has served as a chef in numerous restaurant kitchens and cafès. Deeply passionate about all things food, she now teaches food safety at the Culinary Institute of Child Nutrition and culinary arts to high school students. She even volunteers to provide fresh produce to the elderly community. Chef Tiffany knows how to cook and how to educate, making her the ideal host for all culinary experiences!
