Those who love sushi but not gluten will be delighted to learn a slew of gluten-free sushi recipes in this fun cooking class with Chef Harold. With decades of sushi-making expertise, Chef Harold knows the best techniques for creating crowd-pleasing rolls, and that includes gluten-free dishes as well!


He'll demonstrate authentic sushi knifing and rice preparation in a menu so delicious, you won't notice what's missing! Create a miso soup flavored with scallions and seaweed before preparing the chef's choice of a green or red dragon sushi roll. Prepare savory nigiri using market-fresh fish and whip up playful mochi using sticky rice and red bean paste for an exciting Japanese-style dessert you're sure to love.
