Cooking Class: Cooking Tropical Chicken Tacos

Chef James shares his kitchen secrets for creating savory tacos in this in-person cooking class. Discover the process for adding gourmet flair to turn simple favorites into an elevated meal you'll be proud to share. 


Begin with a lesson in handmade corn tortillas using masa harina and a touch of time-honored tradition. Grill tender chicken to fill them, along with fresh cabbage and feta cheese. Then, turn mango and garden vegetables into a sweet and sassy salsa topping. It's a delicious exploration of authentic Mexican tastes with just a dash of contemporary sensibility to season the recipe!


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Outstanding Job by Chef James. He was excellent in his directions, helpful hints, and keeping the class fun. I liked how he showed us 1 time then it was our turn. He was there to assist with questions. I would highly recommend to anyone to signup for his class.
