In this Italian-themed cooking class, you’ll learn to make some flavorful dishes sure to please family and friends. From start to finish, you’ll create and enjoy an amazing meal featuring some of Italy’s favorite cuisines.
Chef Anwar will instruct you in making a crispy crostini featuring elegant beef carpaccio and a rich sundried tomato crème, all of which will be complemented with the sharp flavor of Asiago cheese. You’ll also prep handmade pappardelle using traditional pasta-making methods. Perfectly cooked chicken and simmered sweet vegetables enhance the fresh pasta while a classic caesar side salad adds a crunch to the meal. Expertly crafted zabaglione custard is the ideal ending for your culinary masterpiece.
