Cooking Class: Making Gyoza from Scratch

Learn to make your own pan-fried dumplings, also known as gyoza, from scratch in this Asian-inspired cooking class. Chef Dan will teach you to make these flavorful favorites from start to finish.
You’ll begin by learning how to create gyoza dough to be made into delicately thin dumpling wrappers. Then, make your filling of savory pork with fresh infusions of ginger, garlic and onion. Chef Dan will help you expertly assemble your gyoza, securely pleat them and carefully cook batches so they both look and taste incredible.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer or other alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.
